To boost the linguistic and writing skills of the students, an Activity of Application Writing was conducted on November 1, 2018 for classes III to X. Different kinds of applications to the Principal were given to the students. They all participated enthusiastically and wholeheartedly. Assessment was done on the basis of format, content, fluency and expression. Overall, the activity of Application Writing was very knowledgeable and helpful in improving the writing abilities of the pupils.

It's often thought that an artist stroke is the purest way to perceive his ability and it is a moment of great pride that MMPS has one such artist. Yashaswi of Class 11th G  who has drawn and displayed various cartoon caricature of Gareth Bale, Lionel Messi, Thiago Silva, Carles Puyol, and many more in the P.T.M on 3rd November 2018. He had exhibited Indian Modern art also of Krishna - Radha, lord Krishna and Parvati - Shivaji. His paintings were the true reflection of his creativity and talent. Parents appreciated his artistic skills and wishes him good luck for his bright future.

To inculcate the importance of doctor and to make the children learn various apparatus used by the doctor Dramatization of A Doctor's Clinic  was taken up with L.K.G and U.K.G children on 2nd November 2018.Young children loved to play as doctor , nurse or a patient. Children were dressed up as Doctor, Nurse and Patient. They learnt all about doctor's clinic through a role play done by teachers. Words like - stethoscope, syringe, wound, thermometer, tablet, surgical mask, injection, ointment, syrup, bandage etc was taught to the children.

Children were made familiar with sentences like -- The doctor's is listening to my chest, the doctor is checking the heart beat with the help of stethoscope, the injection hurts, the doctor is cleaning the wound etc.

It was a complete learning day in a practical way.

English Handwriting Competition was conducted for the students of classes U.K.G and I on 26 Oct 2018 to improve the calligraphy skills of little MMPians. The competition was conducted in the classrooms. All the students participated with great zeal and passion. They were judged on the basis of word formation, neatness and presentation. The competition ended with joy. The names of the winners were announced and are follows:

Classes L.K.G to 1 visited the Dominos outlet recently and experienced the entire process of pizza making. Each child got a chance to make their own pizza by taking the dough, adding cheese and topping and finally they were taught how to cut, pack and label the ready pizza. They were also provided with a mini-meal for a complete

Dominos indulgence of tasty pizza and garlic bread. The MMPians were also felicitated with certificates, declaring them to be certified as JUNIOR PIZZA MAKERS. The visit to the Domino's Pizza outlet was enjoyed by all.  

School is proud to announce the First position achieved in Junior Basketball Inter Zonal competition held from 25th Oct. to 30th Oct. 2018 at Chhattrasaal Stadium, Delhi.

Pranav Gupta of Class-XII with his dynamic capabilities in writing skills brought accolades to the school by securing first position in English Essay Writing Competition at District Level on the topic "Secularism-No Place for Regional Atheism" and has qualified for the State Level. The powerful thoughts and expressions penned down by him were quite impressive to impress the judges.

The Principal congratulates him on his great accomplishment and wishes him good luck for the future venture.

It was an honour for the school when P.Vijay of class VIII got III Position in Solo Singing District Competition held at MM Public School Pitampura on 30th October 2018.
