It’s time to learn about Animals!!!!

The best way to learn is through visual discrimination……

An entire week was invested in indoctrinating of animals. Children observed attentively movie shows like “FINDING DORY” and “DELHI SAFARI”. Training on animal will become more facile as the movies helped in manifesting about the entire aquatic, wild and pet Kingdom of animals. It was easy for little cherubs to learn the related questionnaire on animals in an undemanding way.

Position in SUPW Zonal Competition

SUPW Zonal exhibition on the topic BE KIND LIVE KIND Recycling of newspaper was held on Wednesday 11th September 2019 at Sarvodaya Vidhyalaya, C Block Saraswati Vihar. Mohit Raj and S. Abhinya of class IX won the 1st prize and got qualified for the Centre level.   Students were not only appreciated but also awarded with trophies and certificates. When asked about their inspiration they said that, at every step they learnt from teachers, their fellow students and other participating schools. The school wishes them all the best for the centre level exhibition.

Class Presentation Assembly

The resolute and gritty M.MPians left an indelible imprints on each parent’s heart by performing in the Special Class Presentation Assembly conducted in the premises of M.M.P.S by Grade 1 students.

The audience was left spellbound as the presentation aimed at spreading a special message i.e. “SAVE ENVIRONMENT”.

There was another impactful and important act which was conducted on the same day, that was “PLANTATION DRIVE” which took place under the gracious presence of our special guest Ms. Meenakshi Beniwal Counseller, Deputy Chairman of M.C.D.

Revered Principal Ma’am Ms. Rooma Pathak acknowledged the importance of Saving Environment and shared the importance of planting trees as a part of “Afforestation Drive”. She also emphasized on impact of nature and man on tree growth and tree- the green gold of Earth.

CED National Teachers Award 2019

It was a proud moment when revered Principal Mrs. Rooma Pathak was conferred with Prestigious NATIONAL TEACHER’S AWARDS 2019 by CED for most Progressive Principal and nurturing Leadership under her guidance. She has set an example in front of Jury members & others in creating hallmark in the field of Education for betterment of society and to bring up the 21st Century learners.

WOW TEACHING IDEAS” were shared at the Conclave at IIC Delhi on 8-Sep-2019 and principal ma’am received the honour from eminent personalities of the country, Sharad Yadav (former Cabinet Minister), LN Chaturvedi (former Governor Karnatka & Kerala), Dr. Dev Swaroop (additional secretary, UGC, Govt. of India), Ms. Bhavna Gaur (MLA Palam Constituency, Delhi), Shri AK Bisoi (Cardiac Surgeon, AIIMS), Dr. Kiran Seth (Padamshree Awardee)

Participation in Asian Soft Tennis Championship

Another feather was added in the glory of school when Daksh Gupta of class IX played from India Soft Tennis Team in 1st Asian Junior Soft Tennis Championship at Philippines held from August 26 to 31, 2019.

Teacher's Day Celebration

"It's teacher's unique guidance and methods which urge us to excel in all what we do".

To pay tribute to the great educationist Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan on his birthday and to appreciate the hard work and dedication of all the teachers, Teacher’s Day was celebrated with lots of enthusiasm on Thursday 5th September 2019 in the school premises. The students of class XII impersonated as teachers performed the responsibilities and the duties of their teachers ingeniously. A Get Together to welcome and honour our esteemed Director Sir Mr. Somesh Rishi Pathak, revered Principal Ma’am Ms. Rooma Pathak and teachers was organized by the students of Class -XII in School Auditorium. Head Boy Jatin and Bhavik of class XII presented a token of respect to respected Sir whereas Head Girl Charvi and Anshika gifted a potted plant to Principal Ma'am as a token of respect. The programme started at 11:30 am. with the soothing instrumental music on orchestra which was followed by dance performance by students on latest foot tapping numbers. The programme concluded by the inspirational and motivational speech by Director Sir and Principal Ma'am. They appreciated the efforts of all the students and teachers in making the programme successful.

Every student expressed gratitude towards the teachers in his/her own unique way which touched the hearts of all the teachers. All in all, it was the most memorable and blissful Teacher’s Day.

Ganpati Bappa Maurya !!!

Mythological chapters can only be cultivated through school or through `Grand Parents’. Students of Pre-Primary i.e.  L.K.G, U.K.G and Grade 1 celebrated Lord Ganesha’s Birthday in an ethereal divine way. The pious beauty of the day was visible in the School. The message was conveyed by the Co-Ordinator of the preprimary wing amongst all the students through mythological story of Ganesh ji and a special power point presentation followed by Aarti.

Revered Principal Ma’am lighted the traditional lamp on the benign feet of Ganesh ji. Ma’am also said that one should not forget the cultural traditional importance of celebrating festivals. Little hands of U.K.G class made modak for Ganesh ji. The stars of Grade 1 had brought motichoor laddoo  as prasad for Ganesh ji’s Birthday.

Children celebrated the day with joy and devotion.

My performance - “Vegetables”

To enhance the confidence, information and Oratory skills of each individual, My Performance activity on “Vegetables” was organized for Pre-Schoolers on 26th Aug 19’. Importance of eating vegetables each day was discussed by the teachers. Little Budding Stars spoke on various vegetables with great credence.

Beautiful props made the whole presentations very attractive.
