Position in Anuvrat Singing Competition

It was an honour for the school when Nitin of class VII got III Position in Solo Singing Competition and students of classes VI to VIII got III Position in Group Singing Competition held at Anuvrat Academy, Khilona Devi Ashram, Delhi on 29thJuly 2019.

A Stitch in Time Saves Nine-Speech

 

Children develop critical and social thinking, organization, persuasion, communication skills and overall confidence only through participation in various speeches and debates.

In order to develop oratory skills, Speech Competition was organized for Grade 1 children. The topic was “STITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE”

100% participation was attestation of each student’s zeal for this competition. The duration of the competition was 1 -2 minutes.

Each child was assessed through a special Judgement criterion that was apt pronunciation, speech clarity, content and overall presentation.

It was indeed a knowledgeable and informative day.

Achievement in Throw Ball Zonal Competition

It is a matter of great pride for School when our Throw Ball team shown outstanding performances in Throwball Zonal Tournament held on 9th & 13th August 2019 at Maharaj Agrasen Model School, Pitampura and achieved top positions.

Massive Tree Plantation Drive

To sensitize the students more about the nature and the need of preserving it, a MASSIVE TREE PLANTATION DRIVE was organized by Indraprastha School Sahodaya on 16 August 2019, Friday at DDA Green Area, Sector -37, Rohini.  The event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and Member of Parliament Sh. Hansraj Hans, they not only enlightened the students about the importance to promote a spirit of environment conservation but also planted saplings with the students. Our respected Principal Ma’am MS. ROOMA PATHAK along with the few students, participated in the event and decide to preserve and nurture our precious environment. Thus, it was a great learning opportunity for all students.

आओ शब्द बनाएँ

कक्षा पहली के विद्यार्थियों ने ‘आ’ की मात्रा से सम्बंधित रचनात्मक गतिविधि की, जिसमें विद्यार्थियों ने अलग- अलग  व्यंजनों के साथ आ की मात्रा के कटआउट जोड़कर विभिन्न शब्द बनाए जैसे

ह+T +थ = हाथ

विद्यार्थियों ने गतिविधि में उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया और व्यंजन  व आ की मात्रा को जोड़कर नए- नए शब्द बनाना  और उनका उच्चारण सीखा  l

Magic Pot Activity by class I

Another activity indeed wherein children were galvanized to learn PRONOUNS. The youngsters of Grade 1 were asked to draw off the chits from the pot (Pronouns were written on the chits). They also voted for the associated pictures and finally stationed the pronouns with their corresponding pictures. It was Monotony Breaking Game federated with the concept.

Intra Class Competition

An Intra Class Rakhi making competition was held on 13th Aug’19 amongst Grade 1 students. Children participated with lot of enthusiasm and made colourful rakhis. The main reason behind this competition was to celebrate and depict the precious relationship of brothers and sisters.

Both the sections of Grade 1 had a tough time in order to win a star for their class.

Principal Ma’am, Ms. Rooma Pathak applauded the performance of the participants.

The event showcased the artistic hands of talented budding stars.

Poster Making Activity on Incredible India

Art and Craft Club organized a poster making activity on the topic- Incredible India in the school premises on 14th August 2019. All the club students participated and filled the whole atmosphere with the vibrant colors. These Young Artists made posters with great enthusiasm. During this activity students learnt a lot about Incredible India their understanding was clearly shown in the posters. The activity was successfully organized by Art and Craft club and was motivated and appreciated by Principal Mam

Independence Day was celebrated with much nationalistic ferver in M.M. Public School on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. The day was comprised of Ramp walk of freedom fighters by Pre – schoolers, the students of U.K.G and 1 set the audience in a very spirited mood by their Super Power speeches and a marvelous fancy-dress competition.

The wall of the school echoed with “Jai Hind” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” by all the children of the school.

Rakhi Celebration by Pre-primary students

Students of L.K.G, U.K.G AND Class 1 were made aware of the significance and importance of pious occasion i.e. Raksha Bandhan. A verve and vivacity exhibited by the students was really perceivable. L.K.G. pals made Rakhi Rangoli with flower, where in U.K.G. tender buds exchanged Rakhi and gift to depict the bond of love between brother and sister. Talented class 1 kids magnetized the attention of audience by making beautiful Rakhis.

All in all, it was a day filled with fun and frolic.
