“When there is a will, there is a way.”

The four basic skills of Gardening are Plant, Water, Weed, and Harvest. All these are self-explanatory, but necessary to help your plants to grow. To inculcate the values of our daily life activities, the students were instructed to learn gardening and grow the plants in these quarantine days. The learning is never ending process, i.e., that can the pupil do at their home also.

It was a creative and productive activity for the students.

“Clean Hands, Safe Hands”

Washing your hands is easy, and it’s one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs. Clean hands can stop germs from spreading from one person to another and throughout an entire community. To spread this awareness, students were not only asked to prepare posters displaying preventive measures but also to make videos showing the correct steps of hygiene. Proper hand washing is important in preventing the spread of communicable disease. Proper hand washing is not just a quick cold rinse of the hands. It requires 20 seconds of your time, warm water, soap (liquid is best) and some devoted scrubbing. This means washing around tips of fingers, fingernails, and the web, as well as the front and back of your hands. The dirtier the hands, the longer the wash time. Use the paper towel to turn off the faucet handle. This reduces the risk of picking up bacteria from the handle. Students participated actively in this activity.

“We wash our hands to keep them clean..
The cleanest hands you've ever seen !
Use soap and water-that's the way
To chase those yolky germs away!”

HOW TO BE SAFE FROM COVID-19

 “There’s no quarantine on learning.”

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new virus. As our honourable Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi urges us to stay at home for our sake. The little MMPians are still connected with their school by staying at their home as the above quotation says itself. Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Therefore, it was the best way to engage our students to be healthy in the time of this pandemic. The students are doing yoga at their home and keeping them fit and strong.

It was quite enriching and productive work given to students.
