Watermelon Party

Feeling hot...hot...hot…

Pals of Grade 1 and U.K.G. made themselves hydrated with sweet and juicy watermelon making it the perfect treat to quench their thirst during the summer heat on April 11, 22'.

A fruit packed with nutrients that also improve digestion made the day for little children. Kids enjoyed the watermelon party and had great fun on the same day.

Red Colour Day

"Colors are the smile of nature"

Lilliputs of the Grade Pre-School learnt about the symbolism and importance of the colour "RED" on April 11, 2022.

Little angels were dressed in Red Colour Outfit. Children were carrying Red Colour objects with them like Red Teddy Bear, Apple, Strawberries, Bat, Ladybug etc. They spoke a few sentences on the red object they brought from home. Red colour activities were done throughout the day focussing on sensational skills.

Happiness stood everywhere as Red Colour brought a smile to the innocent faces of little pals.

Hawan for blessings for class XII outgoing batch

"Future depends upon proper nurture"

To shower blessings of a brilliant and bright future on the outgoing batch of class XII in a traditional way, Hawan was organised on Monday 11 April 2022 in school premises. The whole atmosphere was full of chanting of hymns and mantras thus invoking spiritual fervour.

The students became emotional and shared their memories and journey in the school. The esteemed Principal Ma'am Mrs. Rooma Pathak encouraged the students with her inspirational words. She guided them to walk on the road of honesty with determination.

Hawan Ceremony culminated with blessings of Principal Ma'am along with senior teaching fraternity to do well in exams and in near future.

Activity Day

Little Munchkins of Pre-School were indulged in kicking, throwing & catching balls which proved to be good for muscle development, hand-eye coordination & fitness.

Further "Jumping & Crawling" a collaborative activity was done to enhance the little pals’ vestibular / Balance System, Sensory System, Cognition and Coordination.

English Calligraphy competition

Good Handwriting is the index of one’s personality. It also marks a good impression on others. To develop the skill of writing beautifully, English Calligraphy Competition was conducted for Grade UKG & 1 class students.

Little pals were encouraged to follow the right strokes of English letters beautifully.

All the kids participated with enthusiasm and displayed their writing skills.

First of School Post Covid

The ecstasy of shaping the young minds is unfathomable.

MMPian Fraternity felt exhilarated to greet minuscule pals of Pre- Primary Section.

The exuberance, smiles and zeal in their hearts, confidence in their words & zest in their gestures left an enduring impact on all the facilitators.

Once again youngsters have entered the temple of teaching to create a remarkable approach in learning.

The day started with seeking blessings from almighty followed by lots of pleasurable games & Fun. More Gleeful days ahead...with lots n lots of learning!!!

Recognition of Principal Madam in the World of Transgenders

The commendable efforts to raise awareness about gender issues as well as the noble work of raising the status of transgenders by our Principal Madam Ms. Rooma Pathak under the project ‘Indradhanush’ was acknowledged and given recognition by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Thursday, 31 March 2022 in Transgender Leadership Conclave 2020 at PHD House New Delhi.

Honorable Principal Madam was felicitated with a Memento and Certificate of Appreciation for her endeavours to make transgenders a part of the mainstream. This recognition was given in the presence of Shri Ramdas Bandu Athawale Hon’ble Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. The Guest of the Honor of the event Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, Transgender Activist and Motivational Speaker appreciated esteemed Principal Ma'am for her tremendous efforts toward transgenders’ empowerment. The Conclave was attended by many other well-known dignitaries like Mr. Pradeep Multani President, PHDCCI, Mr. Saket Dalmia Sr. Vice President, PHDCCI and Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal Vice President, PHDCCI. Salma Khan, member of Lok Adalat at the Mumbai District Suburban Legal Services Authority (DLSA) and   Navya Singh, Model and Actor; awardee of Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2021 congratulated Principal Madam for her guidance upon the project ‘Indradhanush’, an initiative towards transgender sensitivity. The teachers were also given certificates at Transgender Leadership Conclave.

The school appreciates and congratulates our Principal Madam, Ms. Rooma Pathak and her team for their contribution toward transgender rights and wish them to continue this noble endeavor.

THIRD FREE VACCINATION CAMP FOR STUDENTS AT MMPS

‘Together in Faith and Hope, we will get through this Covid- 19.’

To mobilize the chain of vaccination and overcome this deadly disease, the Third Free Vaccination Camp in collaboration with the Government of India was organized on Tuesday, 29 March 2022 from 10 am to 1 pm in the premises of M.M. Public School for the students falling between the age group of 12 to 14 years.

Over hundred students from our school and nearby schools were benefitted with the vaccination jab by a well-qualified team of doctors which surely will prove to be a great help in controlling the rise of the epidemic. This noble endeavor was carried under the strict observance of Covid protocols. The children were treated with utmost care and kept under observation until felt fit to send home with their parents. The enthusiasm and trust shown by parents was truly commendable.

The entire vaccination camp was successfully carried out under the able direction and supervision of our honorable Principal Madam Ms. Rooma Pathak. Thus, endeavor of vaccinating the students will definitely promote a disease-free society and nation.

Recognition as overall champion in cultural and prizes in Sports by Directorate of Education

It was a matter of immense pride and glory when our honorable Principal Madam Mrs. Rooma Pathak received the Overall Championship Cultural Trophy 2021-22 in Delhi Schools Sports and Cultural Activities, Directorate of Education, North West Delhi Zonal Prize Distribution Function at Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, FU Block, Pitampura on Wednesday 23 March 2022 for commendable achievements of MMPians in the field of Sports, Arts and Cultural Activities

Our esteemed Principal Ma’am was felicitated and honoured amidst the presence of the Chief Guest Mr. Vikas Kalia, RDE, North, Guest of Honor Mr. Tapeshwar Jugran, DDE, Distt North West B, Cultural Secretary of Zone XI Ms. Arpita Neogy and other dignitaries.

The winners of sports and cultural activities of our school showcased different events with confidence. They were applauded and boosted by the dignitaries to win more such trophies in future as well.

The school congratulates our honorable Principal Ma'am under whose able supervision the school has scaled in sports and also conveys best wishes to all the awardees to perform the best in their future endeavors.

Holi Celebration in School

To paint the canvas of life with colours of happiness, optimism and good health Holi was celebrated with exuberance and excitement in the school premises by our honorable Director Sir Mr. Somesh Rishi Pathak and esteemed Principal Ma'am Mrs. Rooma Pathak with all the staff members on Thursday,17 March 2022.

All the teachers enjoyed splashing and playing eco-friendly colours with respectable Director Sir and Principal Ma’am. It was a fun moment of togetherness and joyfulness.

Thus, the colorful celebration filled the whole environment of school with love, affection and compassion.
