An auspicious puja was organized in school premises on 4TH February, 2016 for class X students. It was organized to wish the students good luck for their upcoming exams.

The morning began on a divine note with havan and a performance of puja archana to benefit students and to bless them to achieve grand success in their life.The students also enchanted various shlokas to pray to the almighty God.

At the end Prasad was distributed and blessing from God were taken.It gave all a cherished and a blessed feeling.

It was a moment of great pride when M.M. Public School was invited to the Prize Distribution Ceremony at Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Kailash Enclave on 6th February 2016. The chief guest of the ceremony was the honourable  Dronacharya Awardee Mahabali Satpal. Mr. V.S. Rana and Ms. Beema attended the occasion with two students Sonali Jain (XI F) and Deepika Yadav (XI F) . Both the students were also awarded for being a Handball winner. The school received 14 awards in different categories. The school and Mr. V.S. Rana received the appreciation certificate for organizing the events magnificently. The wonderful day ended with the Message- ? Hard Work Pays?.

It was a moment of immense pleasure when Yugal Bansal of class XI was declared as Winner in AITA 50-K MEN'S TENNIS TOURNAMENT held at J.S. International School, Sonepat, Haryana from 1st February 2016 to 5th February 2016. He won the final match by beating Uday Pratap by 7-6, 6-2.

M M Public School ,Vasudha Enclave ,PitamPura  observed Road Safety week . Keeping  in view the need of this hour to control and reduce the fatal accidents on the roads  many activities were conducted by the school. A special Assembly was conducted by the Officials Of Delhi Traffic Police , guiding the students about the  causes of fatal road accidents , precautions to be observed while driving a

Vehicle on the road .Poster making and slogan writing competition was held for middle classes . PTM was held during the Road Safety Week  during which many documentaries were shown to the parents as well as to the students related to Road Safety rules, First Aid awareness , How rash driving thrills but kills etc.

A special workshop by ROSES ( An NGO ) was conducted in primary classes and senior classes to educate the students about traffic signals and the need to observe them.

It was a moment of immense pleasure when Sacchitt Sharma of class X was announced as the Winner of Under-16 Singles & Doubles Category in AITA NATIONAL SERIES JUNIOR TENNIS MEET held at SOUTH CLUB, KOLKATA.  

To inculcate the spirit of patriotism, unity and brotherhood, the school celebrated republic day on 25th Jan 2016. The celebration started with a speech delivered by Kiran of XIth-D. It was followed by poems on patriotic theme. The ferrow of patriotism was spread when students sang songs of nationality. The small play on soldiers really touched the hearts of students and teachers. The unfurled National Flag enhanced the spirit of love and togetherness. The birthday anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and Makar Sakranti was also celebrated and students delivered short speeches on the life of Swami Vivekananda and also on Makar Sakranti. A skit on the teaching of Swami Vivekananda?s message  ?work is worship? was also played. The whole program was beneficial for the students as it increased their knowledge about our culture and also about the great social reformer. The students were inspired not only to love and respect their country but also their culture and our great personalities who dedicated their whole life for the welfare of our motherland and humanity as a whole.

The whole program ended with National Anthem. Then students took oath together to make India more developed and to be the honest and dutiful citizen of   the country.

The  Readers  club  of the school organized quiz  competition on  ?FLAGS OF COMMON WEALTH GAMES?  in  the  school  premises  on  22nd January, 2016. The students from classes VI, VII and VIII participated.   There   were 3 teams INDIA ( Rishika VII C and Gautam VIII B), GHANA( Tanuj VII C and Pooja VIII B and England (Vansh VIII C and Nishant VI C) with two members each.  It was a tough competition with variety of questions on Common Wealth flags it was enjoyed by the students.  They learnt more about different  Common Wealth games and their flags. The quiz master Saurabh of VII C cherished the students with wonderful questions from Common Wealth Games. The Winner team was (India Rishika & Gautam). The event  was  graced  with  the  presence  of  Activity Incharge who  endorsed   the  success  of  the  event  with  her words of appreciation. The competition was well organized by Readers club Incharge .

It was a moment of pleasure when MMPS Basket ball team won Ist Position in CBSE National Basket Ball Championship held from 13th January 2016 to 18th January 2016 at South Point Public School, Sonipat, Haryana.
