A Mother's Love for her child is like nothing else in the world. It knows no Law, no pity, it dares all things & crushes down remorselessly all that stands in its path.

The Young MMPians of Grade L.K.G, U.K.G & 1 displayed their Supreme level of Love by Celebrating Mother's Day with their Loving Mommy's by helping them in different Chores of daily life. Children also understood the level of tiredness & hardships a mother has to undergo due to the endless responsibilities she possesses. So, kids pampered their mothers in a unique way.

Yoga Activity

Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter your flame.”   — B.K.S. Iyengar

 Yoga is one of India's finest exercise disciplines and the best way to take care of our mental, physical, emotional and social health. Especially in the most difficult time, it plays a major role as it boosts our immunity and is known to cure many diseases.

An Activity was conducted for students of Class III where they performed various yoga postures. Different effective yoga postures were discussed in the session to maintain good health amidst Corona Crisis. Students also performed some interesting postures that make our body strong and flexible, improve health and renew the mind with confidence.

 Enthusiasm and warmth of yoga brought in endurance and motivation to their lives. The students pondered deeply on the importance of fitness regime.

Watching little MMPians practice yoga with sincerity and dedication was such a heartwarming sight.

Learning Exponents and Powers in a Creative Way

To make the students comprehend the concept of exponents and powers, an activity was undertaken by the students of Grade VII and VIII.

The educator showed the videos and pictures and explained how and when the exponents and powers are used with numbers and what is its significance. With reference to which, the students prepared wall hangings, spin wheel and different patterns using waste material. Each student exhibited the work and explained during the class.

The movement not just caused them to gain proficiency with the wide utilization of exponents and powers yet in addition upgraded their talking expertise.

Story Narration

"After nourishment, shelter and companionship stories are the thing we need most in the world."

To instill values, improve understanding abilities and open the personalities of kids to the universe's past creative mind through a story portrayal, a movement was coordinated for Grade II on 6th May'2021.

Every kid portrayed the account of ‘The Clever Fish’ utilizing cheat sheets, props and looks. The action was thrilling as kids improved the speaking skills.

BUILDING CONFIDENCE

Practicing Public Speaking tends to build confidence. It encourages children to speak about the importance on a special topic & to appreciate its significance in different ways.

The Young Pupils of Grade L.K.G, U.K.G & 1 got a chance to Build up their Pride, Confidence, communication skills & enhanced their Social Skills through a special activity, i.e.  SHOW, TELL AND BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE. The youngsters talked on variety of topics & conveyed their ideas on “PET ANIMAL HOMES AND THEIR BABIES" & “MYSELF". 4th May, 21’ was marked as a day of BUILDING CONFIDENCE of little MMPians.

Practical Learning by Tiny Tots

Ex Montessori Practical helps in learning the concepts in an easier & Fun-loving fashion. Hence Pre- Schoolers learnt the concept of Big & Small with a practical knowledge.

Learning tables and seasons together

To assist the students with remembering tables in a speedier and simpler manner along with a few seasons at the same time, a movement was attempted by the understudies of Grade III and IV on 5 May 2021.

The students drew images of natural products filled in various seasons, things utilized during stormy, rainy and bright seasons and composed tables of multiplication.

The movement was energetically determined and assisted the students with learning tables simultaneously.

Mother’s Day celebration

“If love is as sweet as flowers, then mothers are that sweet flower of love"

Mother’s Day celebrates motherhood and is a day to make an extra-special effort to recognize and appreciate our mother's roles in our lives. In 2021, given the ongoing COVID-19 situation, many of us are rethinking how to give extra recognition to our pillar of family. To advocate the same bond and feeling of love, affection and selflessness among children. M.M.P.S celebrated Mother’s Day with lot of emotions and merriment.

A Poem Recitation activity was organised to express their love, affection and esteems for their mother through the poems. The activity delivered the message that a mother is definitely the truest friend and best guide any child can have. She holds her children’s hands for a short time but remain in their hearts forever. Students actively participated in the recitation activity and along with the teacher, students made a crown for their mother's using waste materials from their home. They also presented the crown to their mother' and recited poem for them.

Teachers made earnest efforts to instill the importance of this day among children. An activity was conducted entitled Miracle Mom in which young and enthusiastic MMPians made beautiful cards for their mothers to convey gratitude to their moms for their unconditional love. They expressed their love by sharing best qualities about her. Students were eager, happy and bubbling with energy.

Story Narration

Stories spark children's imagination and stimulate curiosity. It helps to develop child's brain, ability to focus, concentration, social skills and communication skills.

Various stories for classes L.K.G., U.K.G. and Grade 1 were narrated by the teacher. Children were interested and engrossed in stories like 'at' family story, Story on "Good Manners" & Story on "Unity is Strength" which was told to them using creative gestures, facial expressions and using apt voice intonation.

This session helped the young souls for creative thinking.
