Position in Sit and Draw Competition in Green School Progamme

Green School Programme Award Ceremony comprising 2863 schools was organized on 7th Feb 2018 at Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. A Sit and draw competition was organized in which participants from about 29 states and 5 UTs participated with great enthusiasm and Zeal. It was a matter of great honour when Arpita of Class IV achieved Ist Position and was awarded with the prize and certificate. The school applauds and congratulates her on her success and wishes her All the Best for her next venture.

Selection in KVPY

School is proud of its scholar SAMARTH SINGH of XII-C who has been selected for the final interview of the prestigious KVPY Fellowship award which is conducted by highly reputed INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE BENGALURU on behalf of THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.

His selection has brought laurels to the school. We wish him all the best for the final level!

Prize Distribution Ceremony

To motivate the meritorious students for excelling in different areas, a Prize Distribution Ceremony was held. The dignitaries from Akhil Bhartiya Anuvrat Nyas were welcomed with a token of love from Director Sir, Mr. S. R. Pathak and Principal Madam, Mrs. Rooma Pathak. The program began with the welcome song sung by the students of class VII which was followed by a spiritual song sung by the musical choir of class VII. The mesmerizing dance performance on a patriotic song created a patriotic fervor among the students. The students were awarded for their excellent performance in academics, sports, co-curricular and 100% attendance. The teachers were also felicitated for their continuous contribution in Anuvrat competitions. The program ended with a short adorable speech by Director Sir. The whole program acted as reinforcement for not only the winners but for all the students who were present in the ceremony.

FAREWELL 2018

To bid farewell and to convey best wishes for the upcoming board exams, Hawan ceremony was organized for all the sections of class XII on 3 February 2018 at 10 am. The spiritual fervour and the motivational speech of Principal Madam which was full of blessings motivated the students to excel in future. The bouquet and saplings were presented to Director Sir Mr. Somesh Rishi Pathak& Principal Madam Ms. Rooma Pathak. The cake on giving best of luck to 2018 batch was cut by Principal Madam. Later on students gathered together after having refreshments for a dance. They danced on foot tapping numbers played on DJ. Thus the ceremony ended with blessings to fare well in the exams and secure a golden future.

Flameless Cooking by Mont Students

Don't give it blame, it was without flame.

Little Master Chefs of MMPS prepared delicious dessert Chocolate Tower in the guidance of concerned teachers on January 30th, 2018. Tiny tots came out with deliciously garnished dessert. After that they enjoyed eating and sharing it with friends and teachers. It was joy watching the little kids showing their interest in cooking.

REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

To enhance the spirit of patriotism towards the country, students celebrated 69th Republic Day on January 25, 2018 in a Special Assembly. Tiny tots presented a patriotic song to commemorate this special day. Students participated with great enthusiasm depicting their pride and love towards their nation. Students from primary classes presented a play on the life of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar  (Chairman of the Drafting Committee of India?s Constitution). Aerobics performance by students on patriotic song made everyone to hold back their breathe .Revered Principal Mrs. Rooma  Pathak  read out the Preamble of India and asked students to uphold the ideals, values and spirit of the Constitution of India.

It is a proud moment for the school that SHASHVAT GUPTA of class XI-B has been selected in the prestigious NTSE examination Level - IIwhich is conducted by NCERT in two stages. His selection has brought laurels to the school.

Faculty Orientation Session on 7 Days Challenge

A faculty Orientation session was organized by TERI School of Advanced Studies, in association with Embassy of Sweden and Eco club of Department of Environment, Government of NCT of Delhi on 10th Jan 2018 with the aim to orient the faculty to capacitate them about the modalities of the 7 Days Challenge.

The purpose of this challenge was to encourage awareness about lifestyle choices and their effect on the sustainability path. All the faculties were encouraged to take more sustainable and smart actions around choices they make as they EAT, MOVE and LIVE their daily life.

Ms. Tanpreet Kaur T.G.T. (Science) and Eco-Club Incharge attended the session at World Book Fair in Pragati Maidan and was motivated to be focal point of the 7 Days Challenge to be conducted in the School and will be orienting students and encouraging their participation into the Challenge. 

Positions in National Basket Ball Competition

It was a moment of immense pleasure when our Basket Ball Senior Boys team (Prakash, Amit and Himanshu) achieved 1st position in 63rd National School Basket Ball Tournament in Senior Boys (under-17) category held from 1st to 5th January 2017 at Chhatrasal Stadium, Delhi.

And our Basket Ball Sub Junior Boys team (Deepak, Aman, Ajay and Ankit) achieved 2nd position in 63rdNational School Basket Ball Tournament in Sub Junior Boys (under-14) category held from 10th to 14th December 2017 at Chhattisgarh Rajnand Gaon.
