Making Paper Bag Activity.

"Creativity gives wings to one?s imagination."
Students of LKG and UKG did Paper bag making activity on 9th September?2016. Students were told about the harmful effects of using polythene bags and how using paper bag is eco-friendly. Students were encouraged and motivated  how to lead a pollution free life. Then they were given instructions about making paper bags and to add their creativity. Students came up with beautiful paper bags which they wanted to take home and show it to their parents.

All in all it was joyful day with lot of learning and enlightening.

BASKET-BALL ZONAL

It was a moment of immense pleasure when following students achieved 1st position in different categories in Basket Ball Zonal Tournament held from 1st to 6th September 2016 at Bal Bharti Public School, Pitampura, Delhi

DISTRICT LEVEL PAINTING COMPETITION

It was a moment of immense pleasure when MANSI BAL of class XI achieved Ist position in District Level Painting Competition held at GBSSS Mangolpuri, Pitampura on 7th Sep 2016.

Teachers Day Celebration

To mark the birthday of Dr. Sarvapalli Radha Krishnan, Teacher's Day was celebrated with lots of enthusiasm on 5th September 2016 in the school premises. Students of class XII class were impersonated as teachers of the School. They welcomed and wished all the teachers with roses and card in the morning. The Head Boy (Sarthak Wadhwa) and the Head Girl (Kiran) presented a token of love and appreciation to Principal Ma'am and Director Sir. Students of XII class went to the classes and taught students. There was a get together organized for the teachers in the conference hall. Teachers played games and Tambola. All the teachers along with the incharges presented bouquet to Principal Ma'am and Sir. The Principal Ma'am Ms. Rooma Pathak cut the cake and all the teachers were taken for a movie. It was all and all very enjoyable and entertaining Teacher's Day.

Calligraphy Competition

Calligraphy is an art that just about anyone can do. Basically calligraphy means writing beautifully. A calligraphy competition was conducted on 30th Aug 2016 for LKG and UKG students just to encourage to write neatly and to present the content in proper manner. It awarded the children about the correct formation of letters with curves, and to manage the time as well.

The students had performed their level best. Results will be announced soon.

Flower party celebration

Every child is a different kind of flower. All together they make this world a beautiful garden. On 29th Aug 2016, tiny tots of MMPS had participated in Flower Party. Children had brought flowers in unique ways such as headgare, handband, neckpiece, tiara, hand puppet and so on.

Children had gathered information about different types of flowers such as it's name, it's colour, it's uses and so on. All an all they love to learn about flowers and in the end they sum up with a dance.

PAINTING ACTIVITY by Art & Craft club

Art and Craft Club of organized activity on the Protection of Ozone Layer in the school premises on 2nd Sep 2016. All the students of Art and craft Club participated and filled the whole atmosphere with the vibrant colors. These Young Artist made Painting, Posters and Slogan writing with great enthusiasm.

This activity was organized under the guidance of Mrs Priti Anand (HOD of Art and Craft)

GLOBAL WARMING POSTER MAKING COMPETITION by Art & Craft club

Art and Craft Club organized Poster making competition on the topic- Global Warming in the school premises on 25th August 2016. All the club students participated and filled the whole atmosphere with the vibrant colors. These Young Artists made poster on Global Warming with great enthusiasm. During this activity student has learnt a lot about the Global Warming and their understanding was clearly shown in the posters. The activity was successfully organized under the guidance of Mrs Priti Anand (HOD of Art and Craft)

A SPIRITUAL GATHERING - Hawan Ceremony class V

To strengthen the moral values among students and to invoke the value of spirituality a ?Hawan? was organized for the students of class -V on 2th September 2016. The Students participated with full enthusiasm under the guidance of their class teachers Ms. Alissha and Ms. Meenakshi.  Students were blessed by the priest. They enchanted Gayatri and Maha Mrityunjay Mantra and come to know about the importance of these mantras. All in all it filled the students with religious feelings.

HAWAN CEREMONY OF CLASS III

Hawan was organized in school premises for class III under the supervision of Ms. Archna & Ms. Sukhman  on  11th  August 2016.Students participated in all the rituals related to Hawan like putting tilak on forehead, chanting mantras  etc. in a disciplined Manner. Students felt the importance of Hawan ceremony and enjoyed Ladoo Prasad also.
