CENTRAL LEVEL SCIENCE EXHIBITION

Science central exhibition on the topic KABAD SE JUGAD WAS HELD ON October 20th to 22nd 2016. 2 Students Shruti and Muskan of class X participated with zeal. Their hard work was applauded. They won the 1st prize and got qualified for the State level. Students response was that the not only happy to win but also they learnt a lot from their fellow students and other participating school. So the competition was highly enriching and successful.

 

CBSE CENTRAL ZONE HANDBALL CHAMPIONSHIP 2016-2017

It was a moment of immense pleasure when our Hand Ball Under-19 Girls team achieved 4th position in CBSE CENTRAL ZONE HANDBALL CHAMPIONSHIP 2016-2017 held from 5th to 7th October 2016 at Yuva Shakti Model School

Dussehra Celebration

Dusshera an important Hindu festival was celebrated by tiny tots on 7th October?2016 in school. Children enjoyed the dramatic story of Ramayan and later on they were taken to the ground to burn effigies of Ravan. Children were also told about Navratri and Durga Pooja celebration. At the end of the day suspense for Diwali Festival was created.

GANDHI JAYANTI CELEBRATION

Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated by Pre-primary students on 30th September 2016. A day was well spent in the celebration and learning about Father of the Nation. A skit was performed where students posed Gandhiji and his monkeys. Students enjoyed and sang along the song ?Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram Patit Pavan Sita Ram?..? All in all it was a day full of learning and enjoyment.

SHOW AND TELL - ABOUT MY FAVOURITE FAMILY MEMBER

Tiny tots participated in a competition Show And Tell -About My Favorite Family Member on 29th September 2016. Children were excited to tell about their favorite family member and their reasons to have them as a favorite one.  It was joy hearing different echoing sounds saying "I love my Mom", "I love my Dad.", "My Grandmaa", "My Grandpaa", "My Brother", "My Sister" and so on. It was lovely watching tiny tots showing their love and care towards their family members.

PAINTING COMPETITION

Students of Arts & Craft Club participated in Painting competition. In which the students of Art & Craft made Painting on the topic- Save a watt to save a lot, Be aware use Energy with care, Get energy sever become development partner, Energy conservation a smart step towards smart cities, Reduce carbon Footprint and Save the polar go solar these painting will be send to Ministry of Power and Bureau of Energy Efficiency Govt. of India. All the students of Art & Craft Club took participated in it with great enthusiasm. The competition was organized under the guidance of Mrs. Priti Anand (H.O.D of Art & Craft) and was motivated and appreciated by Principal mam.

POSTER MAKING COMPETITION ORGANIZED BY INDIAN ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIETY

It was a moment of immense pleasure when SHIVAM SHARMA of class VIII achieved Ist position and MANSI BAL of class XI achieved III position in Poster Making Competition on the theme of Motivating and attracting students for Science ?MASS? organized by Indian Environmental Society and supported by Department of Environment, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. They efforts were also appreciated with a cash prize.

ZONAL SCIENCE EXHIBITION

Science zonal exhibition on the topic ?KABAD SE JUGAD? was held on September 16th, 2016. 4 students Shruti, Muskan, Shubham and Shivam of class X participated with zeal. Their hard work was applauded. They won the 1st prize and got qualified for the District Level. Student?s response was that they not only are happy to win but also they learnt a lot from their fellow students and other participating schools. So the competition was highly enriching and successful.

ZONAL SCIENCE EXHIBITION

School participated in Science Exhibition 2016 held on 16th September 2016 at Sarvodya Vidyalya, Kailash Enclave, in which our two students Milind Gupta and Tejasv Mudgal of class X presented the science model titled TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATION. Students very well explained that how transport system can be managed in a modern city and succeeded to achieve laurels by being selected for Central Level .They received trophies as appreciation.

Flameless Cooking by Mont classes

"Don't give it blame, it was without flame."

Little Master Chefs of MMPS prepared delicious flameless cooking items on 13th September 2016 with teacher?s guidance. Class LKG prepared Macaroni Salad and class UKG prepared Russian Salad. Tiny tots came out with deliciously decorated salads. After that they enjoyed eating and sharing it with friends and teachers. Principal mam and incharges were happy eating the salads prepared by toddlers little hands. It was joy watching the little kids showing their interest in cooking.
