"Making sense out of things that have absolutely no sense."

Students of computer club did research work on Best out of Waste for one week by exploring Internet, Newspapers, Magazine and talking to Teachers, Parents and other Experts. Along with this they were taught the technicalities in Power point and tips were given on how they can make an appealing and a wonderful presentation.

With all these they prepared PowerPoint presentations for one week and finally presented their presentation on 15th July 2016 to other students, teachers, Activity In-charge and Academic In-charge. Their work was well appreciated by all.

Though the aim of the activity was not assessment but learning, but to motivate the efforts of students and to keep spirit high their work was evaluated and result is as follows :

In Primary category :Sohini and Nitin got Ist position, Dhruv And Ayushi got II position, Moksh and Bhuvi got III position.

In Middle category : Jatin and Vivek got Ist position, Reet and Kartikey got II position, Abid and Amit got III position

In Senior category : Rishi and Bhavik got Ist position, Ankit and Karan got IInd position, Sayida and Manika got IIIrd position

Avishkar Quiz is being conducted for the second time; it encourages and engages students in their scientific pursuits. It also provides conducive environment to promote creativity and innovative spirit among school children in the area of science. A written quiz was conducted on Thursday the 14 July 2016 in the school. The competition was assessed on the basis of the general knowledge of Maths, Science and Technology. The basic knowledge about the atmosphere was also tested through the questionnaire. It was held in three categories:- Primary (I-V), Middle (VI-VIII), Secondary (IX-XII)

 The best two students were selected in each category on merit basis after the assessment of the questionnaire based on their general knowledge inMaths, science and Technology. The winners of second series of Avishkar Quiz 2016 at school level are:-

Students of class III participated enthusiastically in flameless cooking activity in Home Science lab.

They prepared American Salad and learnt the importance of ingredients used in it. Students dressed up as little chef by wearing aprons and chef caps. They learnt the way of presenting their dish in a presentable manner. It was overall a memorable experience for them.

It was a moment of immense pleasure when following students achieved various place in Inter School Judo competition held on 15th June 2016 at Aadharshila Vidyapeeth School, Pitampura

• In Girls Category Kajal of III class got 1st Position, Purnima of III class, Priyanshi of IV class and Aradhya of V class got 2ndPosition and Ridhima of III class and Charvi of IX class got 3rd Position.
• In Boys category Sultan and Manish of X class got 1st Position, Bhavya of II class, Udhav, Sharek and Arav of III class, Adhiraj of IV class and A. Aditya of X class got 2nd Position. 

A NCC camp was held from 14 June ? 23 June at SAC SV SHAMNATH MARG. An adorable volley ball match was the main attraction. There the match was played between Charlie house and Delta house in which the Delta house was the winner. Prashant of class 10th was in the winning team he got gold medal.  COL. ANIL PANDIT was the chief guest. On 21stJune at the same venue Yoga Day was celebrated, Cd. Prateek and Cd. Prashant of class X participated in this Celebration. The students returned with achievements and experiences. An inspiring session to clean India was also held during the camp.

It was a moment of pleasure when our school students participated and brought laurels in AITA TALENT SERIES TENNIS TOURNAMENT 2016 held on 27th June 2016. Maitreya Rana of class VIII was a Winner in Under-14 Boys category in at DC Arya Public School, Lodhi Colony, Delhi. Jigyasa Sharmaof class IX was Runner-Up in Under-14 Girls category held at Dhyan Chand Sports Complex, Delhi.

It was a moment of immense pleasure when Vishal and Rohit of class XI achieved III position in Junior boys category in BASKET BALL 67thJUNIOR NATIONAL COMPETITION held in Pondicherry.

It was a moment of immense pleasure when Vishal and Rachit of class XI achieved I Position (Gold Medal) in Basket Ball South Asia Championship held in Bangladesh from 1st June to 2nd June 2016.

School applauds for their grand success and wish for their bright future.

It was a moment of pride when SACCHITT SHARRMA along with his partner AMIT BENIWAL won NATIONAL TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP Under-16 Doubles title in Mumbai held on 16th May 2016 and was RUNNER UP Under-16 Singles titles.

It was a moment of pride when Deepika Yadav of class XI secured First position in 11th Delhi State Floor ball Championship held from 21st May 2016 to 22nd May 2016 at Yuvashakti Model School, Sector -3, Rohini, Delhi - 85.
